Marc Wilkinson, owner of Pure Pizza in Morningside, Edinburgh, is offering a free pizza to every resident in the city throughout January as an act of kindness and to help those struggling with the cost of living crisis. The offer will not only benefit customers but also provide extra work for part-time staff and suppliers. Wilkinson estimates that the initiative will cost him around £12,000.
