Free Canal Cruise
In celebration of supporting local businesses during the pandemic, Brighouse Events is offering a free canal cruise on the first four Sundays in August. The barge will pick up passengers near Sainsbury's and take them to the canal basin before returning to town center. The journey lasts around 30 minutes and includes a collection for donations to Calder Navigation Society, a charity operating the barge. Tickets are available at Ryecorn Wholefoods and Harrison Lord Gallery.
