A takeaway owner in Edinburgh, Marc Wilkinson, is offering free pizzas to everyone living in the city as an act of kindness and to help people struggling with the cost of living crisis. The owner of Pure Pizza in Morningside estimates it will cost him about £12,000 but believes it will benefit his part-time staff by giving them more work hours. The free pizzas can be picked up at the shop during January, except between 17:30 and 20:30.
