Artory, a mobile app for cultural events in Plymouth, has completed its pilot phase after three years. The app allowed users to receive information about events directly on their phones and provided feedback to cultural organizations. Artory engaged 25 partner organizations, promoted 2041 events, received 12,015 pieces of feedback, had 6201 downloads across iOS and Android devices, and 5129 visitors to the website. The app will be removed from the App Store on October 31st, 2017.

It was designed as a pilot scheme to enable users to leave feedback and help cultural organizations understand their audiences better. The app, which has had 6201 downloads across iOS and Android devices, engaged 25 arts and culture partner organizations, promoted 2041 events, provided 12,015 pieces of feedback, and had 5129 visitors to the website. Users can collect Art Miles® points through updating their profile, checking in at participating venues, and reviewing events, which can be redeemed for free drinks, discounts, and VIP events.
